In order to streamline support requests, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Use this form only for repair and installation support. Repair would include anything used in a weekend service environment (ProPresenter computers, TVs, and general audio/video/lighting) or anything that was originally installed by the production department.

To expedite your fix, first take a look at the knowledge base (above) to see if your problem is listed there. Following the steps there may enable you to fix the problem yourself immediately, rather than waiting for someone from the production department to address the issue.
